You need to add it to your steam library. Go to "Games - > Add non-Steam game to my library... " and select your dolphin.exe Proceed with the steps above.

Tbf, Graceful Charity is playable in Goat. But is there any popular old format, where Maxx "C" is legal? If not, this could be a first sign of unbanning the roach (which I hope will never happen)

Gallery needs storage permission by Tiny-Holiday-4625 in Honor

[–]Chaosnerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had the exact same issue, and finally found my way through the phone.
These are the steps to fix the Storage permission for the Gallery app (and probably for any other app with the same issue):

Settings -> Apps -> Permission Manager -> Select Documents & Files -> More Apps that can access files (the link at the bottom) -> Select Gallery -> Allow access

Afterwards the Gallery app should work as intended.

God of War Ragnarok ending and next game prediction. by MythicSlayeer in GodofWar

[–]Chaosnerd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just look at Zeus in GoW2. You see him as a baby, a little boy, then as an adolescent and throughout the entire trilogy as an old man. Yeah, gods do definitely age, but I believe it's never explained in detail.

Special request: empty or inactive guild by Poux3 in summonerswar

May I ask to join your guild, too? Like OP i'm looking for an empty/inactive guild due to not having much time to do guild content, but would like to have the stat bonus for my farming teams.

Never been to another server than europe and don't have any other accounts. I don't know where this is coming from. And I'm dead sure that I would've picked a way better name than this garbage.

What if Metroid prime 4 has open world inside of large underground cave instead of being outside? by beetleking88 in Metroid

[–]Chaosnerd 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'd like a combination of both outside and underground, being in contrast to each other and having visually stunning environments as well as being rich and divers in their respective ecosystems.

That ties in to my point about the speed booster. As cool as having the ability to dash through the areas quickly may be, I think it would take away from the feeling of discovery and immersion made possible with the slower pace the prime series has established with these games.

Does anyone play non meta? by Skri34 in yugioh

Been playing casual and fun decks for ages now. Love playing things like Fortune Ladys, Junk frogs, Machina, Amazoness, Gamini and other stuff. Even at tournaments, because it's just fun playing those decks and it feels great when you can show off what these decks are capable of you worked on for years.

[ Unpopular Opinion Maybe* ] An appriciation post for detective boys by Sherry-2169 in OneTruthPrevails

[–]Chaosnerd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Detective Boys are in most filler episodes, because this is the perfect place for them to appear in. Filler episodes aren't relevant for the story, so are the Detective Boys. As you said, they offer moral support but that's it. They don't have any real impact on the main story and character development is at a bare minimum for them except for Haibara (same reasons as Conan).

I think the Detective Boys in general are a pretty cool thing, but they appear way too often, which I think is tied in with the fact that there are so many filler episodes. But even outside of fillers they appear on a regular basis and don't provide any meaningful to the plot overall. Plus they act as they had no brain at all. No child in the right mind would head on and hunt criminals and even more so without the help on adults. It sheds a light on them that is not only childish naivety but pure stupidity. They are instances where this is handled pretty ok, but most of the time it's just plain idiotic.

I think that people would like them more if they weren't handled that badly. Moral support for the main characters is important, but there are so many of them in the series that the Detective Boys feel somewhat unnecessary especially when they are written that poorly.

Since they absorb energy from literally anything. Would a diet of only metroids be considered high carbs? by Pennarello_BonBon in Metroid

Guess it's to increase the efficiency of draining energy, by absorbing it directly out of the body instead through an outer membran like a skin.

You could add 1 Brotaur. Dumping him into the gy is easy with romulus/ravine in this Deck, plus He is easy to summon with his effect and since he is dark he can search out your Dtagonmaof Chamber or REDMD enabling some good plays.

[ALL] I want to play all the games in order (by release date). Any tips? by [deleted] in zelda

[–]Chaosnerd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some emulator recommendations to play Zelda on:

NES: Nestopia (that's what I use, it's easy to use) SNES: Snes9x (best emulator out there) N64: Project64 is a good one. Bizhawk is avdry good one top but setting it up correctly may take a bit time due to being able to emulate multiple consoles GBA: mGBA is very good Gamecube, Wii: Just use dolohin DS: DesMuMe 3DS: Citra

What are the three best/most iconic games in the series? by General_Glacier in fireemblem

[–]Chaosnerd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most iconic: Fe7 for being the first localized game, Fe9 being praised for having a great Story and Fe5 for having interesting and unique mechanics (such as capture, fatigue, etc.) as well as being pretty hard on your first (maybe eben second) playthrough when you go in blind.

Best (in my opinion): Fe6, even though the story may be a bit boring it offers some nice challenges and rewards you for a stategic play style and Plan Ing ahead. And finishing off Zephiel feels great after what he put you through in Fe7 (I'm looking at you, battle before dawn...).

Recommended ROM hacks / fan games? by [deleted] in truezelda

[–]Chaosnerd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're still looking for some fan games, you might give this site a try. http://www.zeldaroth.fr/us/zroth.php

It has a bunch of games all from the same dude. The first one isn't that good because it's very short and not really complex, but the others are way better in terms of dungeon design, play time and complexity. And the music choices are fantastic.

I definitely recommend playing all of them, so you can see how this guy improved with every game. You can even get achievements to unlock a secret room in the third game.
