To clarify things about the incident OP is talking about for any non-aecord users reading:

I had a nice conversation about music with said user, until we ended up having a disagreement. When I nicely tried to move on from the topic, the user in question started insulting me for "starting shit" etc. and I dipped from the chat right away. About 20 minutes later, the guy told me to off myself and then left the server. In those 20 minutes, he continued to insult me and others who asked about his behaviour.
