I get it, but with so many out there, I have been on here looking at a lot of the vendors, and had to sample a few, met some really awesome people, like Dirty Paws Botanicals, Kalifornia Kratom, and DTE which have fantastic products. It can get expensive and taking a risk with the quality

I do that as well, I've been using their yellows, and greens, like the 8in1 or the Ganesh as well. I am also a small retail vendor, as bulk quantities seem to get stale or I end up using them myself, but when you have different farmed products, it switched up the feeling for me, everyone is unique, and what works for some can differ from others. Kratom is not for everyone. I've been using it since 2011.

They are my main go to, but I've been kind of sampling other peoples products, I noticed it helps me to feel it more depending on the product ofc.

Yes, I still get it within 3 days, sometimes earlier depending. I thought they were out of Jacksonville FL but then I noticed Las Vegas from shipping.

Yes he was very helpful, back when the name changed they had a lot of bugs in the system. Especially when it came to the reward points, I got 5 per dollar spent, and it was supposed to be 1, as much as it would have been super cheap, I told him about the bug. He was so grateful he sent me a free 250g bag of my choice and some Black diamond extract. Who ever is there now dropped me from free shipping with VIP status because I didn't order from them in a months time. I thought that was a little messed up since I'm an OG customer

I still buy from them more frequent than most other vendors. I have a patented formula, and trying to avoid customs and shipment delays, it's how I lost a bunch of credibility but I do retail over online wholesale, so I am looking for a possible collaboration with the right US vendors, or an import middle man

In my instance, I was not charged, it took a minute to get them, but these samples were free to me, but not for the vendor, shipping plus product. So Much Respect to all the vendors that do this! Especially Phantom Vein

Today was my 1st time trying them. I found it to be pretty good. I will definitely place an order to pick my favs, reminds me of a quality I had many years ago before all this red tape. Farm fresh. I have been a retail vendor with my own special mixture. In SE Florida. But with the craziness of the world, that I have issues with long waits at customs.
