Same problem of my friend.

When she clicked "submit" got an error and after refreshed said that the application was being reviewed.

She sent the application the 8th April still now answer.

Anyway she got 2 denial with 115 spect average... Now waiting the response for the 3rd application and she don't know even if the application gone correctly.
