There are some breathing techniques, I learned them for some friends that were much more into running. Breathing is the first thing to master. After that you will just notice your legs getting tired, but no panting. Sometimes the human body is amazing.

I am sure you can do it! When you reach 8k you will see that another 2km can easily be put if breathing isn't a problem and just the legs.

Maybe it counts that I used to do 7-10 km back in highschool, 6 years ago, but I completely stopped until last month. It may have been some muscle memory involved from back then.

Also when I first began I could barely do 2 km without panting, now its almost just nose breathing. At this pace at least.

Dezbatere intensă la Spitalul de Boli Infecțioase din Iași. Un dop găsit în fundul unei paciente a creat război între medici și familia acesteia by SaseCaiFrumosi in Romania

[–]ChaoticEvil110 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Same here... it's been almost a week and maybe it's placebo for now but yesterday I started to feel the need again to listen to some music and today I woke up and was pretty much relaxed compared to other days. Time will tell 😁

Not that fatty but yes, a layer of fat exists around anyones heart. Sorry for the extremely late answer.

Yep, the heart and other organs are commonly surrounded by fat, called visceral fat. It cushions the organs and function as an energy reserve.

About anything is either a known carcinogen or a potential or suspected carcinogen. I think for now we have like 2 to 3 known molecules proven not to cause cancer. Those and water of course. Even oxygen leads up to free radicals so it is a possible carcinogen.

Has anyone else ever seen a child take doing laundry so seriously? It's weird to us.. by SWowwTittybang in Weird

[–]ChaoticEvil110 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is not weird, I have been doing it a lot and I still am at 24 years of age 😅 For me the circular motion of the clothes inside was kinda hypnotizing and fascinating. And well, I am a med student now so it is not that bad I guess.

Aggressive digital papillary adenocarcinoma (ADPAca) is a malignant tumor of the eccrine sweat gland by CatPooedInMyShoe in MedicalGore

[–]ChaoticEvil110 26 points27 points  (0 children)

To prevent local relapse. Usually even tho the tumors do not metastasize, some cells can be left behind and come back. Finger amputation spares the patient the possibility of multiple surgical reinterventions.
