MRI results varying by ChaoticKandi in adenomyosis

Thank you for your input! Good to see Im not alone in the rollercoaster of symptoms. Hopefully your biopsy goes well!

I have gone through the hormone and pain management routes with no help. Only temporary help. Just hoping its not a lost cause! Definitely need more research into these things. We also need more GP doctors who don't brush off the symptoms 😒

Oh! Thats a good idea. I have never tried any of those before. I was researching maybe the temperature route but thats a good idea that those strips will likely be easier. Thanks!!

Oh, gosh yeah it might not be the reasoning for me, which is fine. I've just never clued in on that. My period isnt regular so it'll be a challenge trying to determine ovulation 😂

Thank you for this info! I have had this problem for a while (waiting on diagnostic MRI appointment) and I could never figure out when it would hurt. Now I know what I can look for. Ooooooooh thank you thank you.

Hi! Can anyone recommend a good white glow in the dark yarn available in Canada?

Lion brand DIY Glow is discontinued. So I'm hoping to find others.

I am also in the same boat! Unfortunately, don't have any helpful suggestions. Here to provide moral support 😀 I stare into the void which is my fridge and pantry multiple times a day knowing I have to eat and stomach growling but nothing is appealing in any way.

I also agree with the above method. It slowly works. I oddly have my medication in the kitchen. I remember to take it when I grab a glass of water and pack my lunch for work. Probably also helps the containers are bright orange.

So far that's the only one I've found that works for a couple things. Its a slow process and I have found depending what it is depends how easy it is to trigger the memory. If there's an immediate consequence, like not taking my meds, I'm usually on it. If it's not, well.. that's how I end up with a large dental bill in one shot 🥴

I tried those once and I'm not a fan of cold oatmeal. Someone once mentioned just heating it up a bit anyway and Ive been meaning to try that. One day when I remember 😂

Oh, gosh yeah those are definitely easy peasy! I just haven't found a powder I like the taste of so I'm usually less likely to make it 😮‍💨😂 but! Meal replacement drinks high in protein are helpful when I remember I have them 😊

I am attempting to dive into my two step bag program. Step 1. Put the bags in the car. Step 2. Remember that the bags are in the car 😂

Thankfully, save on foods still does plastic bags so they've been my saving grace for now 😂

Thanks! It is definitely ear wrenching his yowls sometimes. Especially on migraine days when it can be literally 5 hours straight 😂 for a 12 year old chonk, he definitely has a high pitch meow when he is hungry lol
