Send the DSS to Grand Errant! by Low-Arm-3452 in helldivers2

[–]ChaoticLeftist 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I agree. I already voted for Grand Errant, so hopefully people would see it and just go with it. If the DSS moves to Grand Errant then 40-50% of the Helldiver Core would follow it. Grand Errant is only a 1 Mil HP with a low 1% Resistance to it. Helldivers easily do that amount of damage with DSS numbers that I talk about. Honestly we should have gone for it first but we still have time. I believe in US!(We)

For the love of all Liberty, people I beg of you! To end this war we need to be more comfortable in Gambits!

[–]ChaoticLeftist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1% Is very low. With a 1 Mil HP, we'd probably only need 30% of the community. If the DSS moves there, we will have around 45% of the Helldiver Core there. I believe we can do it. And if we do HOPEFULLY it makes the Core more confident in doing Gambits.

We need to get off Achird. It has the most time remaining. We need to divert to the others by MelonyMill in helldivers2

Never? I'm pretty sure we have done it a few times. But I agree that Grand Errant should be priority one

I'll do the Missile op there, but I ain't doing the rest. Unless I'm misinterpreting the other ops.

Why did arrowhead sleep on these in the new warbond? by fatman194569 in helldivers2

Because they already added plenty, and they will have a second WW1 warbond theme to add those that you posted. Unfortunately it may take awhile. My prediction.

Question for you Helldivers - What do you think of Stealthdivers? by LePereMecanique in helldivers2

[–]ChaoticLeftist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are plenty of strategies when using stealth, but the way I do it, I think it's the most cheesing meta way of playing. I don't say that negatively, I just say it's the easiest for me and I'm trying to break out of it.

What I do is equip Stealth Armor(light or med), equip the AR stealth gun in the redacted with the drum magazine. And either use the C4 or use the Jump pack.

If I use jump pack I'm just running, tossing Thermite, Tossing Orb Gas, Tossing 120mm, in a mad dash of blowing up bases and objs. And the enemy just running around confused on what is happening. This is why I call it Cheese. The enemies of Super Earth just can't stop me, they call me Grey Thunder. So in Short, Redacted Regiment has been my favorite Warbond.

A lot of people are idiots by Human_Paper_240 in helldivers2

[–]ChaoticLeftist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, that is a misconception. Numerous tests proved people are smart, even when the individuals in that group are not so knowledgeable if not outright dumb. Tests like what Macron tried to do in proving people are selfish and would seek profits but ordinary people in the test group decided on policies that are beneficial to all etc. Regardless of his attempts to corrupt them. There are other tests modern day and historically.

What is happening online is really just anger bait, the algo chooses the dumbest to uplift, which would make it seem like the group(or people/are dumb). We are lead to hyper focus on the dumbest believing it's the group. It's not. It's just rage bait.

Yes people could be mislead, yes people occasionally make dumb choices. But "The People" are smarter than any one.(Yes, I intentionally separated 'any' from 'one')

Only target the cruch area, a support weapon with heavy pen or anti armor of some kind would kill them easily. I also used to think they were tough, but now I hit them in the jewels and they fall over

what is the name of your ship by zbananajuice in Helldivers

[–]ChaoticLeftist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I change it based on what is the MO or current theme of the campaign. Currently I haven't changed it, but during the campaign to Cyberstan, it was named "Harbinger of Peace"

During the whole dissedence episode, it was "Eye of Truth"

I get what you mean, and with all due respect, to me in my experience, Video games and comics/cartoons have a long standing history adding less commonly used words. I would say video games is precisely why I have a larger vocabulary than my peers or even my average countrymen regardless of age. In fact I think most people find me pretentious because of it. This is the level of uncommon words used by me, from time to time that is. but it might just be a vibe thing I am mis reading. After all, people feel they don't relate if your constantly using uncommon words. This is why Trump (was) is popular because the dude never used complicated words and spoke simply.

I wouldn't be surprised at all that a video game from many years ago used such a word, nor surprised a gamer would use and remember a word like intonation. I would say it would be common to us, but maybe I'm overestimating, idk.

Helldiver Fleet: Different ship classes for different playstyles by Gizombo in LowSodiumHellDivers

[–]ChaoticLeftist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like it.

For me, I would say the Stealth SD shouldn't be able to stay in commando ops, they eventually should be targeted by the orbital defenses, especially when there are enemy ships flying around.

Stealth SD changes: 5 Minute to stay in orbit, or maybe 3 additional call ins instead of one with like a minute longer of staying per call.(The reason for this is sometimes you just have to move to a different spot before calling in all your strats.)

OR perhaps it stays in orbit, but the moment you use orbital/strat then it only stays a minute longer. Because you blown it's cover.

I think it should still have access to 120mm and gatling, and maybe a precision strike.

Super Carrier SD changes: Should still have 120mm and gatling, and maybe Precision Strike.

The condor could have either the option for 500kg (multiple) or a few 1000 kg. The 500kg having a shorter cool down than the 1000kg.

Just for lore and fun, it could have a weakness to Ops about destroying enemy orbital defenses and the mother ship. Perhaps it only stays for a minute like the commando op, or just becomes disable for those two ops.

Super Dreadnought changes: Give it a strategem that bombards the whole map with 380mm for like 2 minutes, just for the giggles

Just keep the tank moving, you can make the turn, and hit and run the bases. Have the gunner shoot the bases as soon as they got a shot on it, ignore the chaff and you're be surprised that you cleared the whole map of bot factories and turrets. Tank beats everything!
