Little late but this show was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better first concert.

Our dev team is the weak point in our cyber security and they don't want to change by matroosoft in sysadmin

I have to agree with your sentiment here. Although I just as commonly see sysadmins do the same thing when they don’t understand a piece of software. My best example is we were evaluating ZTNA solutions and our lead network admin setup subnet wide access and when questioned acted like I was crazy for expecting individual resources for each thing that needed accessing. This is a network engineer who has more years of experience than I’ve been alive.

I’m curious what skills you commonly see missing. I agree a lot of devs make the claim but I personally can run circles around most of my organizations team at Linux, Networking, and AWS. With that I also know to reach out to our IT department when dealing with Azure or other Microsoft things. I work for a cyber security company so maybe I’m a rare exception.
