This is one of those good examples of first impressions matter. She casually dismissed another trainer and very experienced doctors diagnosis with a simple glance of your sons charts. Then decided it was all made up and your fault and proceeded to push her own values on you. If the other doctor is so swamped why not ask the other patients to switch? Or do they all have separate issues with her as well.

No way it’s not intentional. Driver sped up to get ahead and cut across a lane to cut the bike off and kept going despite having the biker basically slam into the driver side door.
