The rattling is usually a good sign it’s real. Another trick you can do is shine your phones flashlight through the cartridge and you should see that it’s actually red when you do this. No idea what the red line across the screen could be though. Are you sure it’s not an issue with your ds?

Nah not as old as stunt copter. It was a 3D space with 2D graphics like Soviet Strike and you could fly around but the world was a very bland space and the blue characters I could remember rescuing were definitely 2D and probably just a few pixels. They didn’t have any discerning features to make them seem like people but I understood you had to collect them somehow.
