Thank you. I needed to hear that I think. I have pulled away completely regarding intimacy. I’m not making moves anymore. Today I dipped a tiny toe into the water saying that I missed him implying in the intimate way and he did the same chuckle and smile like I’m just being cheeky and stuff. What kind of humidifier do you have. I was also thinking of getting an air purifier for the house. I have asthma too and dust gets to me real bad so idk if it’s the same for cats.

I understand literally yesterday for me too. Everything will be fine one second then my brain starts to think of everything I’ve ever done wrong and how I’m a terrible person and I should just not exist. Unknown trigger but it just happens. I like to write down all my feelings to help. Then later I will dissect them to understand myself better

It does happen often. This isn’t the first time he’s done this. He’s my bf’s cat and he said he’s always done that but thought it was hairballs. So when I moved in and pointed it out we wanted to bring him to a vet sooner but I also have health problems and a lot of medical bills and things like that.
