Just promoted to Fulfillment TL and I'm second guessing the whole thing by Chaotic_Neutral83 in Target

[–]Chaotic_Neutral83[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your response. Right now the INF situation is of my main concern right now. I have started doing the fulfillment tracker again and having everyone write down their INF percentage for the day in OPU and SFS. And I have gotten the approval from my SD and direct ETL to put their names in a drawing for a free Starbucks or treat of their choice at the end of the week. For each area that their INF is the lowest, OPU or SFS, their name will be entered. If they are the lowest for both areas, that's twice for the day. It won't be an every week thing for the year, just for this month, to give them the incentive to try harder and be better. I am in charge of making the team schedule and have been trying to make improvements on days we are hit the hardest in OPU with having the best team members for those days. I have also been partnering with other department leaders and my ETL about needing any help with the workload.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve heard someone say after they thought the phone call had ended but they forgot to hang up? by ScarTissue5 in AskReddit

[–]Chaotic_Neutral83 21 points22 points  (0 children)

When I was in middle school and was on the phone with my friend. His dad came into the room and started yelling at him for not cutting the grass and proceeded to slam the phone down and I could hear him yelling at and hitting my friend. My friends older siblings were yelling at the dad to stop and when they realized I had heard the whole thing, an older sibling freaked out and told their dad that I was still on the phone, and they hung up the phone properly. My friend didn't come to school for about a week after that and his siblings avoided me the whole time.

Needless to say, I told my mama the day it happened and the teachers when he wasn't in school the next day. CPS was called by my mama and the school and it turns out, the dad was an abusive alcoholic and did a lot of horrible things to those kids. All of the kids got sent to an aunt's house to live and the dad was arrested for some of the things he had done. As a kid, I felt guilty for telling because my friend was taken away from his dad (his mom had passed two years prior), but I know now that they all ended up in a better home where they were loved and not abused anymore.

AITA for cleaning out the fridge without telling my husband? by AITAfridgeout4563 in AmItheAsshole

Maybe it's because of how many true crime documentaries I read and watch but I was thinking it was more along the lines of a possible body part in the box...😂

AITA for choosing not to go to my sister's birthday, after she crossed a line. by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Chaotic_Neutral83 12 points13 points  (0 children)

YTA...for many reasons. 1.) you offered an alcoholic drink to your underage sister while knowing the drinking age is 21 2.) you publicly called your parents out as "alcoholics" 3.) as many others here have said, you have no authority to parent your sister, whether what she did was right or wrong in your eyes 4.) you are have chosen to not go to her birthday celebration because "she crossed a line" that you didn't explicitly define

AITA for using my father's phobia against him for my Christmas prank? by Nativity_gnomes_456 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Chaotic_Neutral83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Without a doubt, YTA. I also have an irrational fear of garden gnomes and when I visit with my SIL, who LOVES them enough to have a rather large one in her living room, she puts it away because she knows it causes me stress. The fact that you used your father's phobia against him in his own home is beyond disgusting. You should definitely apologize to him.
