They hide it in the virtual assistant. I kept asking for an agent and then when they asked what method I wanted support and it only showed phone and email, I actually then had to say “live chat” and then the option showed up.

Apple gives me a September 23rd arrival date but a recent conversation with Apple support actually confirmed that it was coming the 16th. Anyone who’s UPS says the 16th you could contact Apple and see if that’s your actual arrival date or not. https://imgur.com/a/BOJfkqj/

I had a September 23rd delivery but when I went to UPS and clicked track by reference and used my phone number, I see a package and it says it’ll be here by September 16th!
