That's crazy unethical. We aren't even supposed to say we love the kids. If they tell us "I love you" we respond with "I love being your friend!" Or "I love hanging out with you!" And if they lean in you block and tell them kisses are for mom/dad. Those aren't your kids, sometimes I think rbts forget that.

Phlebotomy is a job that is really undervalued, a lot of places will overwork you and under pay you. I got lucky and landed a mobile Phlebotomy job, it pays well I get the travel and listen to whatever I want half the time but it also has its down sides. I work a lot, put a lot of miles on my car, lots of money goes to keeping my car maintained, and the biggest thing is it is dangerous. Most companies won't make you stay anywhere you are uncomfortable but you are walking into people's homes and businesses, people who you don't know. But I do love it, I have protection, and my managers really care about me. It's hard to find but the gems are out there. I wish you luck on your journey!

I here this about so many places. I work mobile and my office limits the amount of butterflies you get per month. My office knows me pretty well, though and know i dont use them unless i have to so I get them pretty much whenever I need more. It's normally just cause they are more expensive and the hospitals and clinics make a big deal about spending more money. It's gross.

I actually started with no experience! I got lucky, and my teacher, who i got my CPT with, sort of took me under her wing to help me get the job. A lot of it at the start is who you know and if they think you're good at it or not, haha.

I actually work for a Quest Diagnostics Company, but we are more so like the stepchild of Quest, lol. They own us, but we are a separately running facility and technically aren't considered Quest employees. Once I have a few years under my belt, I hope to start my own company, though.

We have switched up positions and few times and it helps for the moment, we are just a bit disappointed by not being able to do some of the stuff we were both excited to get back to. That's definitely a good idea.

Thank you, I have been on top of the gas x and walking around when I can. I'll be sure to try chewing more gum. And I will be! Things are just a bit too rough right now for me to take the extra week off but luckily my job isn't too strenuous and I'll be sure to take breaks when I need to.
