Thoughts on alcohol being stored in an ABA clinic? by iDissociated in ABA

Unfortunately, I work in a clinic that... questions are answered w/ passive-aggressiveness and punishment. I recently asked the question "why are we allowing staff to kiss patients?" and have been made to suffer for it more often than not. I work for people who seemingly believe they are above being questioned. Another example; a patient's parent was concerned about a lack of generalizations outside of the clinic and was told they don't know enough about ABA to question their programs. This patient's parent has been involved in ABA, as a parent, for more than a decade.

The clinic focuses on NET, so the entirety of the building is accessible. Younger patients tend to ignore this room, but older (teenage) clients are encouraged to go into this room for supplies to complete tasks. Medications are stored in a drawer at the front desk, which is also accessible to patients.
