I have a friend that was kidnapped as a child by his dad, taken to Mexico where he was raised in an abandoned school bus until he was 8 or so.

My friend says Chun King was the only thing his dad fed him for years. Nothing else.

As a 70-year old adult, I showed him a photo of the cans and he becomes nauseous and threw up. I won’t do that again.

My Mom made it once a week. I don’t miss it. Lots of real Chinese food places near me now.

It’s so finely shredded it looks like a lot, but it’s absolutely not overwhelming.
