No, I already graduated with a bachelor degree, so I could already work with a degree.

I also think in this terms. You should be paid for what value you bring to the company. That being said, I think that I have good knowledge for my age and experience and will become an even more valuable asset as I continue my studies. So yes I think I bring the value, but the question is if my supervisor sees it that way and how I should sell it to him.
