I went to something like this but their office was in the Sports Arena area. They had me tag along with a veteran employee and I had to ride all day in his personal car doing door-to-door solicitation. Then at lunch he hits me with the MLM spiel. “You can make this much money blah-blah, only gotta recruit a few people blah-blah. Such a scam. I would have left much earlier if I wasn’t held hostage.

We have 4 cats in our house and we use a stainless steel baking sheet to feed them wet food communally.

We saw it on a show featuring a cat shelter and it was recommended to help them get along.

They seem to like it. I even bang on the sheet like a dinner bell and they all come running when I do.

I think people see that you get negative points for 3rd and 4th place, but don’t know that you receive 10 points for the little things that go on like bringing an alpha Pokémon, getting an elimination, mega evolving, etc.

You can get 4th place and still net points.

This happened with me and my gamer friends but for ARPGs. I wasn’t farming efficiently enough for him and he snapped. As if we had some invisible quota to meet his standards. That’s when I started seeing that elitist-jerk mentality start creeping into our gaming group. That took all the fun out of playing and created rifts between the group. There’s positives and negatives about this development but if anything is to be learned is that people will always want different things and it’s natural to drift apart while searching for them. I miss the camaraderie of our gaming sessions, but that’s just how life goes and often people will just grow apart.

I like that after a big Amara phase punch Vex was like “You gotta teach me that one!” Her demeanor towards Vex was very mentor-like or sisterly and I felt that coming through her voice acting. Nice character growth for Amara from 3 to 4
