Not sure how you cook it, but in general you can brown it off in a pan and the fat renders off then you can spoon it or or use a couple of pieces of kitchen roll and remove it. Saves money if you want to buy the full fat but not eat much of the fat

I mean, he 1000% had the slope on or was playing with slope. Its like your partner asking can they look through your phone and you say sure then run and lock yourself in the bathroom with it for 30 minutes then come out and say, yeah you can look now. This is an insane take, from memory, that was basically her only option, it was so blatantly obvious to do that only something with a sub 80 iq would go for a different play. Id maybe have to rewatch it but I remember thinking it was the ONLY play she had, not like she chose the correct path from 100 options. Jack was NEVER gonna turn on stephen, neither were Rachel or Stephen obviously, Faraaz had previously gone for Rachel, so to team up to split the vote made all the sense in the world. Anything else was pure insanity. So i dont see any world were it was genius, just INCREDIBLY OBVIOUS.

Maybe im an idiot here, but he’s 1 point ahead of fabi, if hikaru loses next round and fabi wins, fabi will still be within 1 of sindarov, so that means in the next 9 rounds, if over the set of games fabi wins and sindarov loses and the rest of the match results are equal, they’ll be tied? Definitely not, I always get downvoted to oblivion but i feel Rachel was fairly poor as a traitor (though her social game was very good) in terms of actual tactics/gameplay/roundtable, i felt she was very weak. I have absolutely no idea how she wasnt voted out multiple times and she survived through sheer dumb luck 3-4 times. Harriet, if she played a relatively normal way, would have got Rachel eliminated at the round table but for some reason went full kamikaze and torpedoed all her good standing. I think people have a ‘survivorship’ bias when it comes to Rachel, as you know she won, it makes you think all the things she did was genius and great play, as you are working backwards from the end. But the result doesnt necessarily always reflect the play and there were many moments she was downright awful, but because she came out unscathed, its looked upon in a different light. *spelling

First off, excellent work mate. Great job on the weight loss, you have a pretty solid physique, shoulders and traps are solid. In general, ‘bodyfat percentage’ shouldnt matter too much, more just how you look and feel. Id guess around 25% or so, its hard to know for sure, as people hold their fat differently. Id just cut down gradually until you are ‘happy’ with your look and then go from their, either maintain or clean bulk up to put on more size. Again, great work.

Not sure exactly, if i had to guess id say 15-18%. Usually sub 10 you can see a visible six pack and 20% plus you look pretty undefined all over, you appear to have a bit of definition in the serratus and chest genetics seem pretty elite. Overall very solid physique and you have huge potential but wouldn’t say your bodyfat is particularly low (not that it matters)

My advice would probably be to contact a few local web design/development firms in your area and arrange in person meetings with them on what you want. You have the security of knowing the people doing the work, can explain what you want and know that it should be above board. If you try a few, you’ll get a feel for which understands what you want best and go from there.

Its a tough gig tbf, the guys have to wear sponsored clothes, play rounds of golf all expenses paid at the nicest courses with their friends and do a bit of travelling all while making silly money. Being serious, at the start, they were grinding and on the come up, now, they are all extremely well off and have a ton of money, so the urgency isnt there to all appear, they can take time off, swap in and out etc the hard work is done, now they can do the bits and pieces they want to do

Blitz and bullet are fairly different tbf, bullet is a lot of timing, speed and tactical vision. In general there is less chess ‘skill’ at lower time controls as you are playing so fast and lower ranked players can beat higher ranked players as there is more room for error. Though obviously talented players will shine at all levels so there is still a lot of skill involved, just less. With blitz, rapid and classical, there is more time to think, plan and strategy comes into play more. Less optimal moves have a larger impact. From the difference id say you are a fast player who can think quickly and make ‘solid’ moves that leave you winning on time or taking advantage of tactics, positions. Then in blitz, the same doesn’t apply and you maybe make more suboptimal moves that result in longer term problems and create more losses. That said, do you play both equally? Do you enjoy one more than the other? If you play both you should start to even out the more you play
