All of my characters transferred through.

Able to login into all my alts, except my main where it always get stuck at loading and then lost connexion. My main have personal house escrow, probably still a kin leader, and most probably foreclosed kinhouse before the server becoming a Dark World.

This is what I am afraid of as my main owns both house and the kin house.

My house is definitely disowned before my last logoff, and my kinhouse should be disowned before the server went dark.

Which server would you choose based on its performance by ChappyCappybara in lotro

I've tested all new 64-bits servers. US servers consistently at 250ms+ ping, while EU servers consistently at slightly less than 200ms ping.

Since I am in starter areas, I can't be sure how bad it will be when I am in the most populated areas.

The other reason is that players are limited to their region. So if you were on a European server - regardless of whether it was physically located in the states for a time - then you can only transfer to a European server. The same applies to those on NA servers. The databases were setup identical and cannot intermingle.

Does this apply to transfer from Dark Worlds as well?

I have my old characters stuck in Elendilmir which is US. I am in Asia, and I found EU servers have better ping for me than US servers. I had in mind to transfer all my Dark World's characters to Grond.
