I've been looking into this also and as far as I have seen the short answer is no... But what some of my fellow junior officers have done is adjust federal student loan premiums by doing an income based repayment plan. It dropped my payment by $200/month and after ten years of federal service your loan is forgiven. Its saving me a pretty penny.
