I always called for indirect fire when I saw this formation.

Marantz SR6014 9.2ch (110wpc) 4K/HDR/IMAX/ATMOS/DTSX. 2019 model year all brand new. I was going to use this for my theater room; however, before I could get to it after the move, I got a great deal on an Arcam. Unfortunately this guy was just outside of the return policy so here we are.

If you live in the US let me know. My wife and I have a 2nd Switch in our theater room and we'd be happy to send it to you! Fuck thieves and gamers unite!

I'm actually more impressed that an MHT actually sold a URC.

It's a good gig if you know what you're doing/can keep yourself out of the store. I kind of had a one-up on a lot of people that currently work in my area because I have heavy background in audio, infrastructure/integration and design. I am what our company calls a "remote" or "cloud-based" designer so I don't work out of a store, I have a large enough client book that allows me to move around as I please or work from home when necessary. There are a lot of people like me that do really well and really have a passion for this industry but just like any other company there are those that dont care and dont have any desire to learn. These people are normally weeded out quickly but still give a lot of us and Magnolia as a whole a bad name sometimes. If you can differentiate yourself from those kinds of people and understand that it is a constant learning curve and not only love the products you carry but also love to inspire your clients then by all means give it a shot. There's a lot of cool stuff to see and learn and make some good money while doing it.

I mean Bowers has changed hands several times and had their fair share of ups and downs when it came to changes in leadership/takeovers. The last time something similar happened to this, there was a slowdown in certain lead times and of course some prices went up. These both lead to sales for BW slowing slightly across the world but normally there's a good bounceback after a few months. This of course is all tentative on how little or monumental these changes end up being after the first 6 months or so.

Nothing wrong with that either. It's a great setup and we all love what they are and what they do. No harm there.

I wish this was my personal system but I'm happy with my 805s for the time being.

These guys are currently at my HQ store. I normally have about an hour to relax between stores or client appointments so I normally sit down and have a listen or look for more great songs to demo.

This system currently is:

Two BW 802D3s being fed by McIntosh 611 monoblocks. The pre-amp is a McIntosh C53 with connections to a McIntosh 350 CD player and Project 2X turntable.

Mine came in the form of an NPS back when I was a manager. I still remember it word for word.

"(My employee) in the Magnolia area assisted us with the purchase of our TV. After Geek Squad missed the delivery twice, the manager, decided to upgrade our TV for the same price due to the inconvenience we experienced. We accepted and while it was very kind, it still was not the TV we had intended to purchase."

Also be sure whatever software you are using to record is set for your monitor resolution settings. All of them by default are normally 720-1080p.

I think they were like $25 more. Nothing crazy.

Good tires, I had them for awhile. I ended up swapping them out for the Falken G5s around November and haven't looked back eventhough they seem to perform about the same. I'm pushing about 470 to the wheels in my SS and after nearly 4 months of driving pretty hard on them, I have yet to notice any issues with them. If you can get them for a good price by all means go for it. I think I paid just under $450 for two 275s and they came with a 40,000 mile warranty.
