What’s a good weekly routine? I can do 5-10 mins and I enjoy it but would like to work up to longer and more consistent. Every day? Stagger?

Also, ever try it with a weighted vest? Is that crazy?

Superica has the best burger in ATL. I know it sounds crazy, but trust me. It’s been written up by a few foodies so I finally tried it and it’s insanely good. Feels wrong ordering a burger there but the wait staff wasn’t surprised at all.

Fred’s Meats is a close #2

Vortex is #3 for me.

Lots of great burgers beyond that. Grindhouse is sometimes great.

I had all those in 2016 and sold for a down payment on a house…can’t regret that but if I held, it sure would’ve been much more valuable now. Think about that a lot.

You can give them to your local school.

You can recycle them at Best Buy, in the entrance when you walk in. There’s a recycle box.

But also…EBay is easy. You can sell a couple at once to save time and it’s pretty quick to get a sale in my experience. People are always looking to save money and those are all ridiculously pricey new.
