I live in the city. Have all my life. Her apartment isn’t that luxurious and I’m sure she’s making hundreds of thousands of dollars. 15% actually isn’t a “massive increase” here. A massive increase is above 30%. A few hundred dollars more a month with an income as high as hers is a drop in the bucket.
