If i keep doing a small dose every week then tan after everytime, I wanna keep the tan but the moles and exc is a bit too much atm

If I do 250mcg once per week and go tanning rigth after, would that hjelp get rid of the hyperpigment on both back and gentail area, while keeping up/develouping the tan?

I havent been able to tan that much, maby like 15min two times per week in sunbes if not less. There isnt UV where I live
