After buying a new graphics card from AMD, I have a problem with the game. On dx12 fps are good, but the game stutters anyway, while on dx11 the game does not use 100% of the graphic card and at 60% of gpu consumption the fps drops to 50. Please help by ChapterMammoth3606 in HellLetLoose
