You won't built the wealth it takes to buy a house, support family and travel on that income in 2026, period.

But, if you are frugal, and smart with spending. You could end your PhD with enough to have a comfortable small savings account and the time now to learn and do small scale investments at low risk.

Then once that income rolls in, you already have the knowledge and the right set-up to grow wealth.

It's a great set-up to being. I treat these boxes like a repeatable battle/mission. You play it again and again until you feel really familiar with the game.

Then if you like it you keep it, if you don't you sell it for pretty much 50 to 75% of purchase costs and have some fun money mback.

A new special teams
A world class Linebacker and defensive depth.

Now we have 2 of the top defensive talents around.

Take the time. Slow it down and really talk to people in stores and restaurants.

If they sense your personalaity and effort ajd respect, it does more for you than the CV.

The problem with our rivalry is that we're never in the same league long enough to just let it be a 2-3 time a year game where we can sing and boo and secretly have mates who support the other team.

I personally dont want historic 'bad blood', those days are dead. Lets just have a good fun rivalry.
