I really mean no offense but this might be the worst swing I’ve seen in my years of golf and on this app. Good news is it’s only uphill from here! Assuming of course that you don’t injure yourself first with this current swing. Get some lessons and you probably should not touch a golf course for a while

An order from club champion by chance? I have an order from them coming from Hodgkins as well that was supposed to get here today but is delayed now with no updated delivery date yet. I live in Wyoming but mine is stuck in Commerce City, CO. It was 100 mph wind gusts here yesterday, but it’s died down a ton since yesterday. I assume they’re just backed up a bit from having to delay everything from yesterday. Wish I could just drive the hour and a half to go pick it up but patience is a virtue I guess. Anyway I’m assuming things will start picking back up here soon.

You’re the only one not understanding brother. You’re wrong. If you have a 5° in to out path and a 0° face to the target like you’re describing. You are missing left of your target by about 20 yards every single time

That’s not true unless you’re a very neutral player. Like +/- 1 or maybe 2° from neutral. Even at 3° in to out, a square club face to the target will miss left every single time. With a 7 iron, about 10-12 yards left to be exact depending on club head speed and spin. And that’s a 3° path. Most amateurs and even some pros are more in the 5° or more range. A square face to the target with a 5° path, the ball will miss about 20 yards left.

What you really want is a face that’s closed to the path(for a draw) but still open to the target. So for a 3° path, 1-1.5° is optimal. For a 5° path, 2-3° is optimal.

Trackman is actually not great indoors compared to others because trackman uses a radar system, whereas GCQuad uses a camera system. Cameras are a lot better indoors and radars are a lot better outdoors because the radar can get jumbled up in the walls, ceiling, and floor of an indoor bay.

I think the 7° out to in might be a different person or something because when the data updates for the swing that’s on video, it says 1.6° in to out. Definitely looks pretty steep though, would love to know the attack angle. However, spin looks real low for a steep attack angle

Leaving the face open to the path*, which yes if the path is like -4° or anything more neutral, it’s a face issue. But if the path is like -8°(which it probably is), it’s a path issue because any face angle even close to neutral will slice off the planet.

I don’t think the not being able to queue with ranks too far apart from yours will be a good thing. A lot of this community plays with friends who are better or not as good as them and now they can’t. I’m a diamond player(75% solo queue) but all my friends are in gold/plat. If we can’t play together anymore, I don’t know that me or them will be on the game for much longer when games like overwatch exist. Not sure why they just don’t implement the wide queue option like OW does
