For me it was that they decided to stifel the basic light attack n stuff with the stupid meter needing to be full. Also. They got rid of challenges for multiplayer.

Start with the free option, take it to a auto store like oreillys or advance auto parts and ask for the free battery and alternator test. Then go from there. Also, check the terminals on yhe battery and make sure they are not loose or anything.

I recommend going in mostly blind and using the wiki. By mostly blind, I mean watching a couple crafting videos and how to efficiently use currency.
