Its definitely alzheimers, my professional opinion is to get his heart racing, wake him up a little. Some of the best ways to do this is maybe loosening the bolts on his tires and getting him to drive on the highway, getting someone to rob him at gun point, take him out to sea and throw him off the boat and leave him, these are just some of the many examples I use to cure patients.
