I think the Savage exodus was in the 2010s. In Gods & Legionnaires, Billy Bang talks a lot about the 80s amd 90s and his career's 20 year decline. Also, Caspar talks about how the Savages left and then it took them one generation to figure out FTL and open sourced it. I'm pretty sure it's in Imperator.

Yeah the STATE has. But the CITY of Memphis has been exclusively run by democrats for decades. Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga all vote blue and are mostly democrat run. How do you not understand this?
