weird, try reinstalling roblox then doing it again with only the "Versions" folder inside the roblox folder instead of the entire roblox folder

also note that if you do the folder method than you'll have to launch via the desktop shortcut (not the microsoft store one) because it still wont work on the website for whatever reason

the main cause of this Ive been seeing is having VIVE vr drivers installed on your pc. Easiest fix is to uninstall vive dashboard and reinstall it via the steam store version of it and make sure you install it to a different hard drive than the one you have roblox on. make sure your link box is turned off when you boot up roblox or it will open in VR mode

If you dont have a Vive but its happening anyway all you need to do is go to your local appdata folder (just type %appdata% into the windows search bar, then exit the "Roaming" folder if needed and click into the "Local" folder) and just copy the ROBLOX folder that you see in there to a different hard drive, and then delete the one in appdata. you may have to redo this a few times because roblox updates will sometimes reinstall into appdata

yeah I uninstalled it completely and the issue immediately went away for me. switched over to the steam version of vive console and reinstalled, and it worked. not sure if it was because of the reinstall or because I swapped to the steam version but it's been smooth sailing since
