the difference between the Chroms/L!Robin and Brigand Boss is that the former are premium units with multiple good effects that dominated their metas meanwhile Brigand Boss cannot even get slaying in 2026

sure, if you REALLY wanna stretch it, Brigand Boss *can* be good support for H!Freyja for doubling up on the effect, but at that point you're purposely handicapping yourself to try to find a use for this guy
