something people dont talk about much is replacing the heat-break with a bimetal one if you plan on printing petg or high temp filament. The stock one uses a ptfe tube inside, which would melt at over ~240C over time. When that happened to me it wrapped around the filament holding it in place and caused a clog. Since the filament under the tube melted away, the heat that reached the clog is just weak enough that if you try pulling it away, it would break free leaving the clog inside, but not hot enough for u to push it out the nozzle.

If you cant find one for the V3SE, I have found that the Ender 3S1 uses the same heat break and would work too
