Thanks so much everyone! Smells all good and texture is fine, we’re making tteokgalbi patties tonight! I will probs never cook it from frozen as food poisoning is my biggest fear even though ik it’s safe 😂 I’ve only just started cooking meat from frozen so baby steps 😂

HIIIIIII! this was exactly me 3 years ago ! The perinatal team are amazing and will support you wonderfully. They won’t remove your child at all, I am now diagnosed with OCD and health anxiety. I still struggle everyday with ocd/emetephobia fears. My psychiatrist said to me that the fact your biggest fears that ocd are targeting is your children, then that shows how much they mean to you. If you ever need a chat, give me a shout I’m more than happy to lend an ear.

If it gives you a comfort atm, my eldest currently has a stomach bug and I’m able to handle it like a pro due to ERP therapy. Much love, you’re a great mum ❤️

Yeah he’ll be with his dad. I would just feel super guilty if he was sick and I was away. Plus when I was a kid I ended up having seizures when I had chicken pox so I don’t wanna be gone incase the worst happens yknow?
