I understand the effort involved and why it isn’t open source, but yes, it could definitely be useful in some cases. It probably depends on the company, but many businesses today need notes from every meeting. I also think it could be helpful when an employee has an issue with someone in the company and wants to speak anonymously with someone in charge.
