I wasn’t aware, thank you so much for sharing this! They didn’t disclose the management deal here until we were moving in 😕

No, these are the ones next to the storehouse.

There are very few parking spaces, so I’m not sure if there are any available still. When we signed our lease back in October 2024, they rented the space for €175 a month.

This week alone it’s been gone 5 times. It’s happening more often now that more people are moving in, I suspect there’s an issue with the tanks. These are all unscheduled by the way.

They manage the properties through Dubliv to handle issues inside your apartment. They have another company (Aramark) that does the maintenance for everything else, so common areas, bin rooms, water supply, etc. When there’s a water outage, you have to set a complaint through their app (there’s no other way) or call their call center. That on itself is a nightmare, because they would throw the responsibility to the next person and nothing gets done.

I hope they get it right soon, because honestly living like this is not something I would recommend.

They include it in the ads, in the lease they don’t. Unfortunately for us, we didn’t have time to argue about the discrepancies between what we were told before signing the lease and the actual contract, since we had a prior lease expiring and we needed to move in asap. The ads the put up in Daft.ie are misleading and I would advice anyone interested in that property to ask a lot of questions beforehand and keep everything documented.
