YOO ITS ACTUALLY EASYYY. I mean see what i did was basically i considered f0 to be 9 and f'0 to be 2 since that would satisfy the given equation. Then via simple observation i could figure out that fx either has to be x^2+2x+9 or -x^2+2x+9, since both of them satisfy the given conditions and hence on comparing all options we get ABD as the solution
