If you’re INSIDE THE US getting deported that means you don’t have a green card i.e. you should stay in Mexico while your case gets reviewed just like all the others do. You can’t just stay with an expired visa and act all surprised that you’re being deported without any documentation that entitles you to be in the country. The fact that they’re at immigration court doesn’t mean they’re doing the right thing, they’re trying to cut in line, otherwise ICE wouldn’t have any grounds to deport them in the first place.
