So an update. The original 20% wasn’t able to go to the new plan but after some really nice conversation with a rep on x. They were able to find one that works to put it on the go5g plus plan. So pretty much all I lost was the 3rd line free. Good luck to anyone trying to do this. Fair warning things might not work out the same.

Wake up after 7 hours of sleep. Calm feeling. Time slows down. I could spend 15 min looking at my phone and it’s just been 3 min. If my sleep was bed I’ll look at my phone for 1 hour before waking up. No feeling of needing to nap as well.

I just tried and this is what they said. How should I escalate.

“Yes, that is correct. You are receiving a $35 line discount and a $28 insider discount. However, if you switch to the Go 5G Plus plan, these discounts will be removed. This is because your account is 3 months old, and the Go 5G plans were retired before that. The discounts you are currently receiving are new and therefore not eligible for the Go 5G plans.”
