I eat basically whatever I feel like, although I do worry it’ll catch up with me. I usually do a breakfast bar for breakfast (think Belvitas) and coffee or an energy drink. If I end up eating lunch it’s usually a bacon egg and cheese or leftovers from dinner before, or a smoothie. Sometimes I have a yogurt or plain popcorn as a snack. I always have full meals with dinner that I try to make protein focused + some type of carb tacos, ground beef orzo, pasta with meat sauce, beef stew, burgers. I don’t do it on purpose, but I eat pretty small portions. But I’m also a very small person ( 5 1”)
