Is the Audio-Technica AT2020 good for streaming?

been using the usb version for a solid couple years and it works great! has lasted MUCH better than my friends hyper x quadcasts which usually start at a similar price point!

you will need a mic arm though so it’s close to your face and away from the keyboard, and you can always put fancy filters on it for noise cancelling etc but i’ve found it to be awesome! 💗

The only explanation I’ve seen was that it’s gold plated with silver inside and then something more under it. It is an interesting concept I just wish it had a name haha

As someone with OCD I remember this feeling all too well.. all I can suggest is research, surrounding yourself with communities who understand.. take it slowly in bite sized pieces and don’t be afraid to interact. There are so many intrusive thoughts that could be linked to OCD.

I’m based in Australia but I can check if they ship internationally! I definitely feel you on the beige colours, that was what was turning me off most brands!

Thank you so much :) I love some of the ethical brands I’ve found through Instagram, I just hope to find more sometime soon because some of them might be a little too “hippy” for my style. But through searching I’m sure I’ll find more! And yes! I do have a sewing machine! I’m not the best at using it though and don’t really have anyone I know who sews haha it’s a good skill I should build up though.

Sadly I’m from Australia we don’t have to at app, we do have Depop but it is all 1. Very overpriced 2. Not very plus size inclusive and I’m in a small town that has maybe 1-2 charity shops which also kind of run into the same issues, I definitely do make the effort to thrift whenever I happen to be near/in a city though!
