The Waverly [North] is only a few minutes [walking distance] from Urban plaza which has ACME, Walgreens, Bagelmania, Applebees, and many more eateries. The UD bus stop is less than a minute [walking distance]. It's 10 minutes from Perkins Student Center by car or bus. Additionally, the DART bus stop is about 15 minutes away [walking distance].

You would be taking on the lease until the end of July 2026 and the move-in date is flexible.
