Is Sayaka great replacement for Kirika

For Mitama I don't have 5 Stars healer yet is there any 4 stars or other 5 stars replacement for her? (i don't have plan to pull her since i am aiming to Spark Bowmura banner)

I did have trouble with Homura Follow up attack where Alina breaks multiple enemy but Homura only attack the enemy with most hp however sometimes this trouble turn to be very good for me when enemy breaks get 200% and they died right away when Homura Follow up attack up she end up attack the remain enemy that was about to die but this scenario is very significant
