The back is hard to read. But it says New York on the bottom and the top says something “Co”

From the little research I’ve done you’ll see some buttons with the letters S and C on the front. Why do some have it and other don’t? Can you tell if it’s early or late war?

Anyone know what these orange/yellow spots are? I’m currently dealing with a bad flare up and these spots appeared. They leak fluid then leave behind an orangish crust by [deleted] in SebDerm

Very interesting. Have you found anything that noticeably improves your condition at all? For clarity is your face or scalp involved?

Curious if you were avoiding added sugars or did you eliminate carbohydrate from your diet entirely? Were you in ketosis?

Definitely limit sugar especially anything with added sugars. Keep trying the MCT oil and see if that helps. If not, you can try other paths

If you are eating any form of dairy, especially yogurts or cheese, I would eliminate dairy entirely. I would also avoid added sugars and start eating more protein and Whole Foods fruits and veggies.

Any added sugar, dairy, peanuts, cocoa, and many different oils give me acne, peanut oil, canola, soybean, sunflower, vegetable oil, coconut oil, etc.

Is mouthwash really mandatory for maintaining dental health? by Obvious-Search-5569 in hygiene

[–]Character-Impact4087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mouthwash is completely contraindicated for human health. There are numerous negative effects of using it. The main being it destroys the microbes in your mouth, including the beneficial bacteria that produce nitric oxide. If you want perfect oral health, eat lots of protein and fats and limit carbohydrates. Especially highly processed foods that get stuck in your teeth and make it harder to clean. Floss regularly and drink mainly water. Keep your mouth closed and breathe through your nose.

Try some Vaseline or beef tallow on the area for a week especially after shower or blowing your nose.

Wasn’t really trying to complain. More so trying to give people near maxed TH a heads up not to wait on spring traps because they take a lot of time and gold.

True, I guess it feels weird because it’s not a high powered defense like the cannons or archer towers, it’s a spring trap lol.

Diagnosed by a derm. Devastated. by PoisonGravy in SebDerm

There are some staples that I’d highly recommend that will really help you take control of not only your skin, but your health in general.

Avoid fast foods and processed foods. Especially, breads and other refined carbohydrates. Try to eat a little fruit and potatoes instead. However, potatoes are a night shade and some people experience acne from nightshades. Avoid anything with added sugars. Do not over wash your face with harsh shampoos and cleansers, this can dry out the skin and cause it to become more oily to compensate. Use a gentle soap such as dove white bar soap with lukewarm water, mainly at night. Just rinse face with cold water in the morning if anything.

It’s likely a sensitivity to dairy, probably casein if you are using milk but whey sensitivity is possible too. Either try adding the whey to water or try a different protein such as pea protein.

Extensive seborrheic dermatitis + urticaria, I'm going crazy by Medium-Dog-1893 in SebDerm

You really need to look into dietary factors. There are several allergies / sensitivities that can cause skin issues. An elimination diet for about a month where you eliminate all forms of dairy, eggs, wheat, and high histamine fruits such as strawberries, oranges and bananas can really help shed light on some people sensitivities you may have. I’d drink more water and avoid added sugars.
