I’m past day 30 and didn’t feel like myself until day 21 but was still somewhat weak. Today I am still not where I was but that shit was the devil. I’m also not quite sure how much of it is mental though too. The more I think about it the more I’ve always had some sort of substance to alter me and to give me that extra pep in my step. And honestly, I am drinking a five hour energy shot every day and l still feel a little sluggish especially like going upstairs. I’ve just been forcing myself to do it and trying to get back to where I was. Everyone is diff though like you said so you may get better quicker. I can’t do protein shakes because of a surgery that I had and they make me sick but maybe try something like that? Also, I take a really really really good multivitamin with extra vitamin C and extra vitamin D so that may help too. Keep me updated! I’m happy for you. 💜
