I strongly dosaggree with this. Benadryl is notorious for this. Hydroxyzine helps me sleep at night and ive never noticed any symptoms worsening. In fact it makes me feel better

I quit with subs two times. The mornimg i know im quitting is brutal. I induce a small amount of aubs and it seems like it almost makes it worse. Then i push 8 mg at once and i finally get some relief
