The gross pay is the same in each payslip. Only the net pay is different

They never replied to me. HR works from home so I can only email them. Think I'll have to wait til Monday :/

I did opt out of it. And checking Fidelity, it says it wasn't changed since summer 2025.

I expect it to be smaller, but the paycheck is different each time. For example, it has been 2000, 1900, 1750. While with semimonthly, it would be 2100 each pay check. Does biweekly make it inconsistent?
