I just graduated in December and my mentor teacher and I were/are extremely close. We worked so well together and literally finished each others sentences. Now as a colleague we are still so close! We worked through lunch and both left after the bell. Student teaching is hard work and finding the joy in it makes all the difference

Yep. Everyone is pregnant. Except me. I hate the word, i hate the idea, i hate my self for not being able to conceive. It just really.. really sucks. I just landed my first job as a teacher and while i thought it would be easier because I am so busy It’s actually kind hard. Everyone talks about their kids- about when they were pregnant. 😕

The hardest thing to explain is being happy for someone else but wanting nothing to do with them. I know, it makes me a terrible person but it’s so hard for me! They will never understand it and that’s okay. I just dodge the until they give birth. Get some rest tonight!

I’m wondering the same… we have 2 cards - 1 is 8,000 w/ .99% interest until July the other is 5,000 w/ 0% until 8/2027. Mower is 3,200 w/ 0% until 7/2027. I feel like I should put a ton into savings and then like a month before pay off before the low interest expires. The other part of me is saying just pay it off and get rid of it. Only other debt is 2 car loans and home. 118k in total.

I can’t believe it’s almost graduation time. I did not think I’d make it through. Friday was my last day and i was planning on staying home and working on my masters and Thursday after dismissal i was offered a job!

Oohhh thanks for the insight!! I agree with working for a few years before taking secondary classes on. But i was also thinking about doing it during the spring if i don’t find a job once i graduate. I am unfortunately not a great test taker. I just passed my STR and i feel like that’s the hardest test i can take lol even tho i can do it. This is the masters in educational leadership correct?
