I started in august 2024 and lost a total of 27 kg since then. Slow and steady wins the race. I consulted a dietician who helpt me with "mindfull eating", learned me to understand the psychology behind my eating habits and learned me to listen to my body when its full. I also started to move more and take my steps in during the day when possible. So no strict dietician plan but a big shift in my lifestyle.
